Young People
Charlotte is a specialist youth therapist with over seventeen years’ experience working with young people. She has helped young people with a range of issues, including self-harm, suicidal thoughts, anxiety, bereavement, eating disorders, living with chronic illness, sexual and gender identity and relationships.
With a wealth of experience in secondary schools, Charlotte is familiar with the education system and the pressures faced by young people in and out of the classroom. She is also familiar with a wide range of learning styles, readily creating and tailoring resources to the needs of individual clients. She loves to work creatively.
Therapy through play is an evidence-based therapy for younger clients. Charlotte also has a play therapy qualification and works with children from the age of 4 in a play-based context.
