A free 15-minute telephone or video call is available to new clients. Please give details as to how and when you would like to be contacted.

Please note that I do not offer an emergency service. If you need urgent help with a mental health problem, please visit the NHS Urgent Mental Health Helpline Page. It will provide you with a 24-hour phone number to call, based on your age and postcode.
