Supervision
1:1 Supervision
I offer 1:1 clinical supervision for counsellors, psychotherapists and those in pastoral roles. My commitment to individual supervisees is to support and develop their clinical work and ensure a safe and effective service to their clients. These relationships are both professional and collegial, I take my commitment to adhering to professional standards very seriously, but look to encourage and support my supervisees as therapists and humans.
I want to ensure that I am a good ‘fit’ for my clients, and am always very happy to have an initial discussion for us to get a sense of this. There is never any obligation to book further sessions, and if I can help clients find a supervisor better suited to them I will do my best to assist
Specialised Supervision
15 – 30 minute sessions are also available for specialist issues (eg managing particular issues/ supervisees who have a single or couple of CYP amongst their clientele they might need to have specialist CYP supervision for.)
I also provide supervision/ reflective practice for pastoral teams eg. Pastoral teams in schools or faith contexts. This provides a supportive space to reflect, share challenges, gain some psychological insight and receive support and suggestions from both the supervisor and peers. This provides a valuable space to strengthen team cohesion, build accountability and enhance professional growth
The Groups
Groups bring a richness to supervision practice. The combination of approaches, listening ears and reasoning minds, alongside the wealth of experience allow for a depth of wisdom and understanding that can quickly build confidence and professional development – all at a fraction of the cost of one-to-one sessions. A number of groups are available and both group and individual sessions can be arranged at any point. Please get in touch via email or telephone/text to register your interest.
